With more closed transactions over the last two years than any other team in Washington and Hamilton Heights, The Edry Group has become one of the most recognizable brands in Northern Manhattan. Going into 2012, we plan on continued growth in these core areas, while also expanding our reach into the Upper West Side and other neighborhoods bordering the Hudson River.
To do that, we’re looking for a Few Good Agents to join our team in the new year with the skills and personalities to round out our happy lil’ family of rental and sales agents.
The Edry Group is led by Sandy Lawrence Edry, a lifelong New Yorker who has taken the typical Manhattanite’s fascination with real estate and turned it into a dynamic and exciting boutique team—while still being backed by the power of a major brokerage.
Our portfolio includes the exclusive sales and marketing of seven pre-war conversion buildings called The Riverside Drive Condominiums. And Sandy’s knowledge of the market and devotion to his clients led to his being named a Top Sales Agent at Citi Habitats for the last three years as well as a five-time Platinum Award winner. Sandy’s continued involvement with the Lucky Strikers Social Media Club as well as RE BarCamp underscores the team’s commitment to leading the real estate industry in technological growth and achievement.
Before joining Citi Habitats, Sandy spent more than 15 years as a professional journalist, including seven years on staff as a writer/editor at Newsweek Magazine. Edry is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and has been published in various newspapers and magazines including The New York Times, New York, Inc., The Los Angeles Times and many others.
